About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Delivery Coach to support the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives within a leading life insurance company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project leadership, digital transformation, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to drive results and maintain delivery momentum across multiple complex programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide delivery coaching and guidance across strategic initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Facilitate weekly problem-solving and escalation discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Support project teams in applying delivery best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze and synthesize complex updates into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Promote continuous improvement and collaboration across functions to drive transformation success.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in delivery management, project leadership, or digital transformation.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable in managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Coach, or SAFe are highly advantageous.
