We are looking for a
Director of Human Capital
to lead and transform our HR strategy across the entire business group. This role plays a key part in building an agile, competitive, and talent-driven organization.

Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with the company's overall business direction.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, people development, organization design, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.
  • Ensure organizational structure, culture, and HR policies effectively support business performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management on organizational strategy and talent management decisions.
  • Drive digital transformation and governance improvements within the Human Capital function across all business units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Management, Psychology, or Law.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Capital, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (GM/Director level).
  • Proven experience leading HR functions in group or multi-business companies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Results-oriented, with high integrity and a proven ability to drive organizational change.
