About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at PT Anugerah Citra Walet Indonesia part of YanTyTy Group, a dynamic company based in Bogor Regency, West Java. As a full‑time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and ensuring the financial stability and growth of our organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to support business planning and strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve company financial goals.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.
• Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and leadership to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving measures and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, or minimum 5 years as a Finance Manager.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of finance professionals.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, be diligent, proactive, logical, and initiative‑driven.
