We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Social & Email Marketing Specialist with experience in the B2B industry to join our dynamic team. As a Paid Social & Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Email Marketing to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market and audience research to identify campaign opportunities, target segments, and content angles that resonate with the audience.
- Monitor daily ad performance, analyze campaign data, and make optimization recommendations to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Develop ad creatives (copies, visuals, and CTAs) in collaboration with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging and strong audience engagement.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising and email marketing.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the marketing team and management.
- Support experimentation with new content formats, audiences, and targeting strategies to enhance lead generation outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Internship or 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in running Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Email Marketing.
- Basic understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in content and campaign execution.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about digital marketing trends and eager to learn new tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Certifications in Meta Ads or digital marketing are a plus.
