- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plan, and best practice human performance review
- Managing the overall Performance Management policies and processes
- Manage, communicate, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and understanding of rewards and benefits programs
- Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job description for all positions in the Company to fulfill both internal and external needs, divisional career path and job grading

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineering
- Preferably have prior 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Recruitment Background
- Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Strong data analytical, logical & critical thinking is required, resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Power Point, Excel)
