Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical fields
Have minimum 2 years' experience being a Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality & Quality Engine or related in Automotive Company
Have leadership experience in related position.
Experiences in processing test plans, test engine & product, or other test documentation into a proper automated testing code.
Organized with high attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality product possible.
Can communicate clearly, timely, and professionally with both technical and non-technical users.
Able to understand the business process and development process.
Willing to placement at Karawang Timur & Subang or others site in PT. TVS Motor

Job Description:

Plan, control and improve QA&QC process such as incoming, in process, Final process inspection refers ISO IATF, TPM & ISO 45001
Monitoring & Controlling production output as target given by company
Ensure machine assembly runs according to plan with established quality standards.
Define the appropriate equipment to inspect the product following the client standard and customer requirement.
Control the NCR master list and follow up the implementation of corrective / preventive actions further customer / supplier complaints and report the status of the corrective / preventive actions plan.
Investigate, analyze root cause of customer complaint and to do corrective/preventive action for solving the problem with production team with production team.
Maintain all equipment at its good condition before operation.
