Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Execution:

  • Consistently exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and closing opportunities for our comprehensive IT solutions portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target markets and expand our market share.
  • Conduct through needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend optimal solutions.

Partner, Distributors & Principal Collaboration:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with our partners, distributors, and principals to stay abreast of the latest technologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop innovative and compelling proposals that address client requirements.
  • Leverage partner expertise to deliver exceptional value and ensure client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management & Solution Delivery:

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Champion a solution-oriented selling approach, guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to post-implementation.
  • Ensure seamless project handoff and maintain ongoing client communication to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to sales leadership.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Public Relations, Marketing, Communication or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager within a System Integrator environment.
  • Have the same industry background (IT Solution).
  • Having existing customers is an advantage.
  • Candidates with a proven track record in managing and maintaining client accounts are preferred.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent speaking and writing abilities.
  • Strong understanding of diverse IT products and industry trends, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong work ethic, and dedication to achieving company goals.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
