Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Audit Manager based in Cikarang, Indonesia. The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for performing financial audits, ensuring internal controls are effective, and analyzing company financials. Day-to-day tasks include conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, following up on audit recommendations, and working closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- 10 years of Experience with Internal Controls
- Proficiency in conducting Financial Audits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is a plus
- Familiar with COSO Framework, SOX, JSOX
