Job Description:
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our People team. You'll support the recruitment process end-to-end—from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews—and help us create a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Strong interest in HR, especially Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or ATS tools is a plus.
- Available for a minimum of 3 months.
- Conversational fluency in English
