Key Responsibilities:

1. KOL Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok influencer strategy aligned with brand objectives, market trends, and consumer insights in Indonesia.

- Create campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

2. KOL Research and Identification:

- Identify and establish relationships with top-tier and micro-influencers in Indonesia who align with the brand's values, target audience, and goals.

- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and emerging influencers to ensure the brand is always at the forefront of the platform.

3. Campaign Execution & Management:

- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution, from briefing and content creation to final delivery and performance analysis.

- Ensure influencers' content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and overall marketing strategy.

4. Collaboration and Negotiation:

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and compensation with influencers and influencer agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR, and marketing) to ensure influencer content is integrated seamlessly into the overall marketing strategy.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor the performance of KOL campaigns on TikTok, track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), and optimize strategies accordingly.

- Provide regular reports and insights to management on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and influencer impact.

6. Community Building:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and repeat collaborations.

- Engage in community management by interacting with influencers' audiences and ensuring positive brand sentiment.

7. Market and Competitor Insights:

- Monitor competitors' influencer strategies on TikTok and analyze trends in influencer marketing within Indonesia's digital landscape.

- Use data and insights to continuously improve and adapt the influencer strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, ideally in the TikTok ecosystem, preferably within Indonesia or Southeast Asia.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box to create viral content.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
