Sparks Education is looking for a passionate and driven Branch/Area Manager to oversee multiple Sparks Centers.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across centers
- Monitor center sales and drive business growth
- Lead and support the team to achieve new student enrollment and student retention targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Proven experience as a Center Supervisor/Branch Manager/Area Manager, preferably in the education or services industry
- Strong leadership experience, especially in managing a team
- Sharp analytical skills, hardworking, and highly committed
- Excellent team player with strong people management skills
