About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to join our team at OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing. This full-time role will be based in Tangerang, Banten and will play a pivotal part in sourcing and developing our future talent. As a Mandarin speaker, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment efforts, particularly for candidates with Mandarin language skills and do some collaboration with HQ Team in China.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborating with hiring team to understand their talent needs and requirements
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging your Mandarin language skills
- Coordinating the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
- Identifying and facilitating training and development opportunities for existing employees
- Monitoring and reporting on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- A passion for identifying and nurturing top talent
