Job Description :

Responsible for business development and new project acquisition in the Indonesian market; responsible for business negotiations with customers, internal quotation organization, coordination of business-related resources and progress; formulate or optimize the company's internal business-related processes; formulate sales business plans, implement contract signing during the business process, price change management and implement payment and project progress payment recovery; timely feedback on customer needs and complaints; as the company's window, pull internal and external resources to coordinate solutions to major events; master market information and transmit it to the internal in a timely manner; expand external customers; complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements :

  • Min 3 years sales experience on automotive or power battery industry.
  • Customer development and maintenance: effectively acquire potential customers and business opportunities, and promote cooperation
  • Industry market insights: understand market trends and obtain market information to guide sales planning
  • Conduct business negotiations with customers, sign contracts during business implementation, and manage price changes.
  • Sales plan formulation: lock in customer R&D, production and sales plans, formulate sales plans and product portfolio marketing strategies
  • Contract and order signing: Deliver effective information internally and externally to promote the signing of cooperation agreements and mass production orders
  • Payment collection management: track sales process, control payment collection risks, and ensure payment collection is ultimately achieved
  • Serving as the company's window, we mobilize internal and external resources to coordinate solutions for comprehensive issues involving multiple client departments.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by company
