  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends B2B and B2C competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within the Indonesian tire market.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for company products (PCR, TBR, OTR) that align with global brand guidelines and local market specificities.

  • Define target audiences for various tire segments (e.g., individual car owners, transportation companies, logistic fleets, mining operations) and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.

  • Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with key channel partners, including tire dealers, distributors, automotive service centers, and potentially fleet management companies.

  • Develop and execute effective trade marketing programs, promotions, and incentives to support channel partners in achieving sales targets, increasing company visibility, and driving product.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to create compelling sales tools, localised merchandising materials, and training programs for partners.

  • Above the Line (ATL): Plan, execute, and evaluate ATL campaigns (e.g., TV, radio, print, out-of-home advertising) to build broad brand awareness and reinforce company and other's brand positioning.

  • Below the Line (BTL): Develop and manage BTL activities, including experiential marketing events, roadshows, in-store/in-dealership promotions, and direct marketing initiatives targeting specific customer segments.

  • KOL & Influencer Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and automotive influencers in Indonesia.

  • Develop engaging content strategies and campaigns with KOLs to drive product trials, brand advocacy, and consumer trust, especially for new technologies like EcoPoint3.

  • Oversee and optimize always-on digital marketing efforts, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media marketing (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube for product showcases, testimonials, and educational content), content marketing (blogs, articles on tire maintenance, safety), and display advertising.

  • Manage and optimize the company website content for an engaging user experience, lead generation, and brand information.

  • Explore and manage partnerships with e-commerce platforms, and Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives and demonstrating strong financial acumen.

  • Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve marketing ROI and achieve business objectives.

  • Potentially lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Regional Marketing Team and Product Management, and Local Sales Team both locally and regionally, to ensure integrated strategies and seamless execution.
