Requirements :
- Bachelor / Diploma majoring Secretary, preferably from Tarakanita
- Min. 10 years working experience on handling Owner, Boards and Directors
- Have experienced working with Family Owner Company
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesia, both spoken and written
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Quick response and able to work under pressure
- Strong personality & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Multi tasking and quick learning
- Committed to provide professional services
- Computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Duties and responsibilities :
- Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, meeting, conferences, and other management daily activities
- Arrange appointment schedules and day-to-day activities of Director.
- Handle visa applications, travel arrangements including accommodation, transportation, dining reservations, doctor appointment, and others
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, and others)
- Handle all administrative matters of management related to business and personal
- Responsible for filing system
