We are seeking an experienced and motivated Relationship Manager to drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships, and delivering tailored HR solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the HR consulting or services industry and be ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through networking, research, and referrals.
- Actively generate leads and qualify prospects within the target industry.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges.
Sales Process & Negotiation:
- Present compelling proposals and effectively negotiate contracts to secure business.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Service Delivery:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Provide client feedback and market insights to help refine our service offerings.
Industry Representation:
- Represent Klique at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain an in-depth understanding of our service portfolio.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4-5 years in sales, preferably within HR consulting, agency, or a related services industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the target industry.
- A consultative approach to sales with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
