We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join our executive team as Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at a state-owned enterprise (SOE) driving the transformation of Indonesia's agribusiness and food industry. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's long-term direction, driving transformation initiatives, and identifying sustainable growth opportunities across the agribusiness and food industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Construct and execute the corporate long-term plan through rigorous market research, competitive analysis, and scenario planning.
- Provide strategic direction across all phases of corporate development.
- Responsible for corporate growth initiatives, market entry strategies, and portfolio diversification.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs and corporate-level business expansion.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive financial models, including scenario analysis, key assumptions, and business valuations.
- Formulate and monitor corporate and subsidiary KPIs, ensuring alignment with shareholder aspirations and corporate objectives.
- Identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities through feasibility studies, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term growth strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights on strategic initiatives, transformation impacts, and corporate development progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven background in corporate strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Strong educational foundation in Engineering, Finance, or Management (Master's degree strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, market entry strategy, M&A, investment analysis, and corporate transformation projects.
- Track record in leading large-scale transformation and growth initiatives within complex organizations.
- Exceptional skills in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive and board level.
