Curriculum Design and Development:
- Create and design comprehensive English language curricula that cater to different levels of proficiency
- Develop course objectives, lesson plans, and instructional materials that align with educational goals and standards.
- Ensure that the curriculum includes a balance of language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively in the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers to gather feedback on curriculum effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements :
- Has a college degree in English education
- Age 32-40 years old
- Proven experience in developing, designing, and implementing English language curricula
- English proficiency in oral and written is a must
- Prior experience as an English teacher or instructor is valuable
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
