We are looking for a dedicated and skilled
Talent Aqcuisition and Training Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing our human resources functions, with a special focus on recruitment and employee development.
This is a
full-time, work-from-office (WFO)
position located at our plant in
Bawen, Semarang, Central Java.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Recruitment & Hiring:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and hiring the best talent for our company. - Training & Development:
Identify employee training needs, then design and deliver effective training programs to help our team grow. Familiar with Training Need Analysis, and employee Matrix Skills. - Onboarding:
Welcome new employees and ensure they have a smooth and positive integration into our company culture. - Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, helping to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment. - HR Administration & Reporting:
Manage employee data, prepare HR reports, and handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks accurately.
What You Will Need (Qualifications):
- Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. - Core Skills:
Proven, hands-on experience in
recruitment and training is a must. - Education: Minimun
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology. - Technical Skills:
Proficient in using computers and MS Office (especially Excel) for data management and reporting. - Language:
Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Experience in Multi National Company.
