Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Surabaya. The Receptionist will handle daily tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, performing various clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring smooth front desk operations is essential for this role.
Qualifications- Age 20-25 years.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Hospitality and Communication.
- Passive and active English skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computers.
- Able to work both individually and in a team.
- Good communication skills, meticulous, fast, and responsive.
