Job Description
- Shape Growth Strategies
– Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and data analysis to provide actionable insights to formulate sales strategy. - Empower Sales Teams
– Partner closely with frontline sales teams to address day-to-day challenges, streamline processes, and promote cross-functional collaboration with product, risk, and other key functions. - Drive Performance Excellence
– Implement and manage regional sales performance systems, including incentive programs, tracking mechanisms, and improvement initiatives that fuel business growth. - Contribute Beyond Boundaries
– Support leadership with additional assignments and special projects, actively driving company transformation.
Job Requirements
- Education & Technical Skills
—A bachelor's degree (Science, Engineering, or Business preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
. - Relevant Experience
– 1–3 years of working experience in sales, customer service, collections, or other manpower-driven functions within financial services or related industries. - Adaptability & Engagement
– Willingness to travel domestically and engage directly with frontline sales teams to ensure alignment and execution. - Core Competencies
