THE RESPONSIBILITIES :

Controlling risk and protecting assets
Making sure that internal procedures are being followed and that internal controls have been put in place.
Making sure that the purchasing, payment processes, payment remittance, and accounting software record-keeping processes all work according to plan.
Establishing procedures and ensuring that correct procedure is carried out.
Assist management with important financial decisions.
Supervise employees in preparing financial reports.
Handling Internal and external audit and tax audit process.
Keep up to date on USGAAP and PSAK
Understand the financial status of a company to meet USGAAP & PSAK requirements and keep the financial statement in good standing.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

THE REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting from reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of satisfying experience in the same role in Manufacturing company (preferably paper and converting industry, chemical, automotive, or other large-scale industry)
Good understanding and practical experience on the finance and accounting principles and standards (USGAAP & PSAK)
Excellent communication skills ie. ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
Preferable experience in SAP or ERP
Attention to detail.
Basic math skills to make accurate calculations and estimates.
Organization and project management
Good in operating MS Excel and MS Office in general
Fluent in English both oral and written
Able to work in a dynamic team environment and high work demand.
Good analytical and conceptual thinkink.
