Role Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support / Production Support Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to monitor, maintain, and ensure the optimal performance of production systems and applications. This role combines responsibilities of both a developer and production support, requiring strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production systems and applications (Java, Oracle, Python, Linux, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and system alerts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of system updates and enhancements.
- Document system configurations, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or production support roles.
- Proficient in
Java scripting
and
Jasper Reports
. - Strong database knowledge in
Oracle
and
PL/SQL
. - Familiarity with
Linux/Unix
and
Windows
environments. - Nice to have:
- Experience with monitoring tools such as
New Relic
. - Understanding of
ITIL processes
and familiarity with incident management tools (e.g.,
Jira
,
ServiceNow
). - Must be proficient in both
English
and
Bahasa Indonesia
, written and spoken.
