Lead and manage live streaming projects from planning, coordination, to post-performance reporting.
Collaborate with brands, hosts, operators, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain strong client communication and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards.
Monitor live performance data and suggest improvements to boost engagement and sales.
Ensure workflow efficiency and task distribution among the live team.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Campaign Lead in the Skincare / Personal Care industry.
Strong understanding of live streaming ecosystems (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) and digital campaign execution.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate internal and external teams.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) for client and partner communication.
Able to join immediately and adapt quickly to dynamic workflows.
