Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any Related Major
- Have Board Knowledge about logistics and Export-Import Policy
- Have logical thinking, detail attention, and independent minimum 3 years of related work experience,
- Speak English is a must
- Good knowledge and updated regarding import and custom clearance documents rules and regulations.
- Well experiences and good technical knowledge in import and custom regulations as well as familiar deal with various government or other related institution.
- Create a Quotation for every new business and ensure every new shipment goes well
- Achieving the target
- Understanding customer needs & coordination of the preparation of solution offerings to potential customers
- Build and maintain business relationships with potential customers
- Identify potential business opportunities and markets.
- Negotiation of rates with vendors.
Key Tasks and Responsibility
- Follow up on new shipment
- Follow up and check import documents related to shipping such as AWB, Form SKA, etc
- Process the insurance of goods to the insurance company (for shipping by sea) and check the correctness Of the data.
- Prepare complete documents for the Customs Clearance process.
- Draft PIB
- Following up on Customs responses after receiving a Response Letter for Notification of Release of
Goods (SPPB)
- Doing work related to import such as updating import table, updating hs code, etc
- Report to Import manager on activities related to export & imports
