Job Description:

We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and client-oriented individual to join our team as Customer Service – Client Acquisition (Inbound WhatsApp).

Your main responsibility is to manage inbound WhatsApp inquiries from potential clients, provide clear information about Liquid Agency's services, and actively support the client acquisition process. You will also participate in meetings with new clients to ensure smooth onboarding and maintain professional communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to inbound WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about PT Liquid Agency's services tailored to client needs.
  • Identify client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Join meetings with new clients to assist in communication, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure successful client acquisition and onboarding.
  • Prepare daily reports on conversations, prospects, meetings, and conversion results.
  • Maintain high communication standards aligned with Liquid Agency's service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
  • Proven experience in Customer Service / Sales / Client Acquisition (preferably in digital agency or marketing industry).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (advantageous).
  • Target-driven, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Professional attitude, disciplined, and eager to learn.
