Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using specialized scheduling software.
Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations.
Prepare project proposals, including accurate cost estimations and timeline forecasts.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, financial forecasting, and regular financial reporting.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experiences as a Project Control, preferably in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry
- Strong knowledge of project management and quality control
- Proficient in budgeting, engineering, and construction
- Fluency in Japanese is an advantage
- Willing to travel for business
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta or project site if required
