About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Chief to lead and manage all IT operations in our company. This role will oversee IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, enforce IT policies, and provide support across all departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership, communication, and technical skills who can collaborate effectively with both local and corporate IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage all IT-related operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functionality.
  • Provide technical support and administration for all IT equipment, systems, and services.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, cabling, and access points.
  • Manage and update local IT inventories and assets.
  • Coordinate with the corporate IT team on global systems, helpdesk services (Level 1), and shared tools.
  • Enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure technology supports business goals.
  • Handle critical IT issues effectively, both during and outside regular business hours.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and network configuration.
  • Strong skills in hardware/software troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Hands‑on experience with firewalls, access points, switches, and network infrastructure.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and respond quickly to incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Fortinet devices and tools.
  • Knowledge of FortiGate configuration and management.
Manufacturing Manager – Cikarang Plant

Job Purpose: To lead and manage the manufacturing operations of the Cikarang plant, ensuring efficient production processes, high‑quality output, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily factory operations to ensure smooth production flow, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Optimize production capacity, reduce waste, and improve productivity through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality control across all production lines, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, HALAL, and ISO standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and operators. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and support operational continuity.
  • Manage manufacturing budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align manufacturing strategies with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and present regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Apply root cause analysis and failure mode analysis to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure equipment reliability through robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Design, review, and optimize technical solutions to address production challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead engineering and manufacturing projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors/contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes, machinery, and quality systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a lean setup.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis, equipment reliability, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Hands‑on experience in managing engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools and ERP systems is a plus.

Manufacturing Manager – Cikarang (FMCG Plant)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations across three production lines, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are met.
  • Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives to drive plant transformation.
  • Implement and sustain Lean Six Sigma / IWS / OPEN+ systems to enhance process stability, efficiency, and capability.
  • Promote a zero‑accident, zero‑waste mindset across all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee cross‑functional areas including facility & asset management, safety & security, PPIC & logistics, technical and engineering development.
  • Collaborate closely with plant and regional leadership to execute strategic priorities and optimize production schedules.
  • Develop and coach first‑line leaders to strengthen team capability and succession pipelines.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs (OEE, scrap, FPY, cost per ton, utilities) and execute root‑cause‑based improvement actions.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or production leadership, preferably within multinational FMCG or related industries.
  • Proven track record leading large‑scale teams (200–400+, ideally 1,000+ employees) in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong command of Lean Six Sigma / IWS / TPM / Continuous Improvement frameworks; Green or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and driving sustainable cultural transformation.
  • Solid understanding of EHS, quality, asset reliability, and supply chain operations.
  • Results‑driven, decisive, and able to balance people leadership with data‑based performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Preferably with a background in tier‑1 FMCG or tobacco manufacturing environments.
IT Manager – Mill Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement IT strategy aligned with mill operations and corporate digital transformation goals.
  • Manage hardware, software, network systems, and cybersecurity protocols to ensure operational continuity.
  • Lead IT‑related projects including SAP S/4HANA integration, MES deployment, and GMES rollouts.
  • Supervise IT site teams, including CIT and automation teams, ensuring skill development and performance tracking.
  • Act as liaison between mill operations, corporate IT, and external vendors for system implementation and support.

Skill Requirements:

  • Server and Oracle installation.
  • IT infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
  • SAP S/4HANA and MES (basic knowledge).
  • Experience with TIPS system integration and reporting is a plus.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Ability to lead change management and training initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Familiarity with data governance and business process harmonization.

Key Tasks:

  • Oversee IT operations and ensure alignment with mill production and supply chain systems.
  • Coordinate with Garuda+ project teams for system upgrades and digitalization efforts.
  • Manage IT‑related KPIs, including efficiency, teamwork, and system uptime.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for key users and end‑users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and major in Information Technology.
  • 5 years in Infrastructure & Application System and 5 years in Managerial Level.
  • Preferable experience from Pulp / Paper industry company & exposure for managing Active Directory.
  • Placement in Karawang, West Java.
