We are hiring Community & Reseller Engagement (1) and Marketing Intern (1) for one of our Consumer Product Good brand. Office located in West Jakarta area.

Marketing & Retail Support Intern Responsibilities:

  • Support MT/GT marketing campaigns: coordination of POSM, in-store promos, and campaign follow-ups.
  • Analyze sell-out data, promo effectiveness, and ROI tracking.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and promo post-mortem analysis for management.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing team and field execution, ensuring brand communication (KV, promo mechanics) is consistent across offline touchpoints.
  • Handle administrative back-office tasks related to promo approvals, budget tracking, and documentation.
  • Create trade promotions to Direct Purchase stores, not to the end customer.
  • Visit outlet to gain insight, check placement, and create campaign ideas

Community & Reseller Engagement Intern Responsibilities :

  • Support the onboarding and management of reseller partners (admin, database, follow-ups).
  • Assist in ideating and executing offline community events, sampling, and reseller engagement activities.
  • Help develop activation ideas to penetrate targeted communities (campus groups, Wellness Community, office canteens, etc.).
  • Track community and reseller KPIs: recruitment, activation, engagement, and GMV growth.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure community activities align with brand tone and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • Active in campus/community organizations (bonus: event committee experience).
  • Good communication skills to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders. Creative thinker, enjoys engaging with people, and hands-on in event execution.
  • Comfortable working both in the field (offline events) and back-office admin. Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with numbers.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
    Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Passionate in FMCG, retail operations, marketing,  and building businesses.
  • Have a connection to several community is a plus (Sports & Wellness Community, Communities related Hobbies and Art, School & University Communities, etc)
