We specialize in supplying high-quality tempered, laminated, insulated, and bulletproof glass for both domestic and export markets. Our products are highly regarded in Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, South Africa, Poland, and numerous other countries.
Job Location: Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Serang
Responsibilities:
* Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for supplier consolidation.
* Research and identify qualified potential suppliers for various goods and services.
* Develop and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to solicit bids from vendors.
* Evaluate supplier proposals and quotations based on factors such as price, quality, delivery time, and past performance.
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible deal for the company.
* Manage the procurement process, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
* Maintain and update supplier databases and information.
* Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms.
* Generate and present comprehensive reports on procurement activities and cost savings achieved.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry best practices in procurement.
* Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
* Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management programs.
Qualifications:
Education: S-1 (Bachelor Degree) in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
Technical Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with procurement software & ERP (SAP B1 prefferable) is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of best practices in procurement is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
