Your role:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and building management to secure and renew site acquisition agreements.
· Identify potential existing sites for expansion or optimization based on business needs and market analysis.
· Collaborate with internal teams (legal, engineering, and operations) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact site acquisition strategies.
· Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding site acquisition progress, negotiations, and market insights.
· Assist in the development of strategies to optimize existing site portfolios and maximize revenue potential.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree from any major
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail & B2B sales, preferably in the ISP or IT Service
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Ability to conduct market analysis and site assessments
· Ability to work under pressure and meet acquisition targets
· Results-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
