Role Description

We are looking for a
detail-oriented and organized IT Administration Staff
to support the daily operations of our IT Department.

This role will be responsible for managing IT documentation, partnership agreements (PKS), IT purchasing, and software license administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and organize
    IT administrative documents
  • Manage and monitor
    partnership agreements (PKS)
    with IT vendors.
  • Coordinate
    purchasing of IT equipment and software
    (hardware, peripherals, licenses) according to approved budgets.
  • Maintain the
    company's software license records
    , including renewal schedules and payment tracking.
  • Prepare monthly administrative reports related to procurement, licenses, and IT assets.
  • Communicate and follow up with vendors and procurement teams regarding purchases, contract renewals, and invoices.
  • Assist the IT team with
    asset inventory
    (laptops, printers, network equipment, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    D3/Bachelor's degree
    (preferably in Administration, Management, Accounting, or Information Technology).
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in administration, purchasing, or IT support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in
    Google Workspace
    (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or
    Microsoft Office
    .
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with digital documentation systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Basic understanding of
    IT hardware and software
    is a plus.
