Responsibilities:

⦁ Support the project manager in developing the project plan, including the project schedule.

⦁ Facilitate communication between project team members and the customer.

⦁ Manage project documentation, including proposals, status reports, meeting minutes, and project archives.

⦁ Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures at all stages of the project.

⦁ Assist in managing project resources, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and ordering equipment.

⦁ Coordinate project administration tasks, including archiving, managing project databases, and preparing reports.

⦁ Provide general administrative support to the IT project team as needed.

Qualifications:

⦁ Minimum D3/S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

⦁ Minimum 1 year of experience as a project administrator, assistant project manager, or similar administrative role, preferably in an IT environment.

⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong skills in spreadsheet creation and data tracking in Excel.

⦁ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

⦁ Ability to work both independently and in a team.

⦁ Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
