We are looking for a
Business Development & Merchandising Strategist,
someone with sharp instincts in trend spotting, strong taste, and data-driven decision-making to turn cultural trends into real products that dominate the market.

Job Description

  • Trend Spotting & Ideation
    : Identify emerging trends in fashion, accessories, and lifestyle (both local and global), and translate them into new product ideas.
  • Merchandising & Development
    : Curate and select products to launch, create product mockups (Photoshop/Canva), and oversee the process from concept to market-ready.
  • Data Analysis
    : Interpret raw e-commerce, competitor, and internal sales data to validate trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Collaboration
    : Work with marketing, branding, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Pipeline Management
    : Build and maintain a clear product pipeline (3–6 months visibility) aligned with growth targets.
  • Balance Brand & Growth
    : Take a trial-and-error approach to achieve revenue growth while keeping brand positioning intact.

Job Description

  • Proven experience in
    merchandising
    , preferably in women's accessories, lifestyle, or tumbler categories.
  • Strong
    taste & cultural radar,
    able to predict which trends will scale, not just short-lived fads.
  • Advanced
    analytical skills
    with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • Skilled in
    Photoshop/Canva
    for product mockups and visualization.
  • Strong
    commercial acumen,
    understands margin, COGS, and pricing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of
    supply chain
    dynamics (MOQ, lead time, vendor negotiation).
  • Familiarity with
    consumer insight gathering
    (quick surveys, polls, focus groups).
  • Good
    go-to-market sense
    : knows how to time and position product launches.
  • Highly organized with
    product pipeline management
    experience.
  • Clear communicator, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Growth mindset
    , agile, entrepreneurial, not afraid of trial and error.
