We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Horizon's F&B brand as store operations for our Shopee store.

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Shopee store, including product setup, order processing, stock, pricing, and customer service.
This role ensures smooth execution of all operational activities in alignment with the campaign strategy set by the E-Commerce team (JKAE and Manager)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (S1) preferred.
Experienced in e-commerce operations or online store management is a plus.
Proficient in Shopee Seller Centre (vouchers, campaigns, chat, order management).
Skilled in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and time management.
Basic understanding of content and visual optimization for product listings.
Familiar with Shopee Analytics and performance dashboards.
Teamwork-savvy and good communication skills.
