Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00
Minimum 17 years of working experience and 5 years in managerial level in property development projects.
Experienced in medium to large-scale development projects (low/high rise building, residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Based on Jakarta & willing to travel or be assigned to all project sites across Indonesia.
