Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee post-sales technical service activities to ensure all technical standards are well delivered.
  • Act as a bridge between Aftersales, Factory, and Engineering teams to find solutions, drive product improvements, and create technical bulletins when needed.
  • Collaborate with service partners and dealers on technical matters, including specifications, spare parts, warranty, and performance parameters.
  • Lead and manage the 24/7 technical helpline team to deliver quick and accurate support for field issues.
  • Manage personnel for dealer and customer visits to ensure fast troubleshooting and consistent service quality across Indonesia.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Supervisor in the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of ICE and EV vehicle technology and troubleshooting.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in solving technical issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
