Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote EVA and rubber additive products to local footwear factories, compounders, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Collect and report market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Support marketing activities such as product presentations, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams to follow up on samples, product trials, and orders.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and visit summaries.
  • Ensure timely communication with supervisors in English or Chinese.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the footwear or rubber industry is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English (Chinese is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
