Key Responsibilities:
- Promote EVA and rubber additive products to local footwear factories, compounders, and distributors.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Collect and report market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Support marketing activities such as product presentations, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to follow up on samples, product trials, and orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and visit summaries.
- Ensure timely communication with supervisors in English or Chinese.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the footwear or rubber industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
