Job Description
- Teach English according to the school's curriculum (grammar, speaking, listening, reading, writing).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and engaging classroom activities.
- Apply teaching methods suited to students' needs (role play, games, discussions, multimedia, etc.).
- Conduct assessments, provide tests, and evaluate students' learning progress regularly.
- Support students in developing their oral and written communication skills.
- Collaborate with local teachers and school staff to design learning programs.
- Foster cross-cultural understanding and encourage the natural use of English in class.
- Attend teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and enjoyable classroom environment.
Requirements
- Native English speaker or possesses English proficiency at a native level.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Linguistics, or English.
- English teaching certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA) is an advantage.
- Prior teaching experience with children/teenagers/adults (depending on the school's target) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability to local culture.
- Creative in designing engaging and enjoyable learning activities.
