Job Description

  • Teach English according to the school's curriculum (grammar, speaking, listening, reading, writing).
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and engaging classroom activities.
  • Apply teaching methods suited to students' needs (role play, games, discussions, multimedia, etc.).
  • Conduct assessments, provide tests, and evaluate students' learning progress regularly.
  • Support students in developing their oral and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with local teachers and school staff to design learning programs.
  • Foster cross-cultural understanding and encourage the natural use of English in class.
  • Attend teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
  • Maintain a positive, disciplined, and enjoyable classroom environment.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker or possesses English proficiency at a native level.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Linguistics, or English.
  • English teaching certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA) is an advantage.
  • Prior teaching experience with children/teenagers/adults (depending on the school's target) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability to local culture.
  • Creative in designing engaging and enjoyable learning activities.
