to deliver a
1-day training programme
for their
Beauty Advisors
. We're looking for an experienced
Beauty Trainer
who can inspire, motivate, and help participants build confidence in engaging with customers.
Project Overview
This is a short-term engagement designed to enhance the influencing and communication skills of beauty consultants working on the ground. The trainer will facilitate an interactive, practical session focused on motivation, resilience, and confidence in approaching customers.
You'll be working directly with our client's team to deliver an impactful in-person session.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a 1-day in-person training session for Beauty Advisors
- Design or adapt materials to meet the programme objectives (materials to be developed by you)
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical sessions that boost participant confidence and customer engagement
Requirements
- Minimum
3–4 years of experience
as a
Beauty Trainer / Sales Trainer
in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty retail - Proven experience training front-line beauty consultants or sales teams
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ideally freelance or open to project-based work
- Able to develop your own workshop materials
