What you'll do:

As Recruitment and People Development Manager, you will be entrusted with driving all aspects of talent attraction, selection, onboarding, learning initiatives, and succession planning. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with business leaders across departments to understand evolving workforce needs while ensuring alignment between recruitment efforts and broader organisational goals.   • Provide comprehensive guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate selection processes to ensure optimal fit within teams.
  • Prepare detailed monthly recruitment reports; analyse performance data such as cost per hire and time to hire; recommend process improvements based on insights gained from these analyses.
  • Identify challenging vacancies within the organisation; research and implement innovative sourcing approaches to attract top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Develop strong candidate pipelines through proactive engagement with universities and other educational institutions; organise recruiting events that enhance employer brand visibility.

  • At least eight years' proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition combined with significant exposure to learning & development as well as talent management responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices including interview techniques, talent management frameworks, employee engagement methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills enabling you to partner effectively across all levels within a large multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to design data-driven people programmes that address current challenges while anticipating future needs.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective cross-functional collaboration; fluency in additional languages would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes; familiarity with HRIS systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience conducting Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) as well as evaluating training programme effectiveness through structured feedback mechanisms.
  • Solid knowledge of government regulations affecting employment practices within Indonesia or similar jurisdictions is preferred.
  • Adaptable approach with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-evolving environment.
