Job Description:
The Field Coordinator (Civil) oversees on-site civil construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and according to design specifications and quality standards. Coordinates between the site team, contractors, and project management to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance with project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and monitor work progress.
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth execution.
- Identify and resolve site issues to avoid project delays.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil/construction site coordination, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, and safety practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
