senior "Golang Developer"
Requirement:
- Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
- At least 5 years experience in Golang
- Proficiency in Golang, Mongodb, Rabbitmq, Redis, Otel, , Python, Go, Java, or PHP
- Experience in designing and consuming APIs.
- Solid knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and modern development workflows.
- Understanding of API security principles (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Clear and structured reporting to the Squad Lead.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Develop features and improvements to the products in a secure, well-tested and performant way
- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
- Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
- Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Confidently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members
- Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value at high velocity
- Work collaboratively with Product team members and Development team members to maintain high bar for quality in a fast-paced and iterative environment
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
- Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
- Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity Confidently ship small features
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Collaborate with the squad (frontend, mobile, QA, and product teams) to implement and deliver features.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Optimize database queries and backend performance.
- Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, or other technical issues.
- Report technical progress, blockers, and improvement ideas directly to the Squad Lead.
