What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in a content creation or marketing communications role
Able to use Mandarin both active and passive is a must
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content performance metrics
Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or video editing software
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Passion for creating engaging and impactful content
Willing to be placed in Dadap, Tangerang
Willing to participate in training process in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta for 2-3 months

Job Description :

Create compelling and informative content in Mandarin including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other marketing materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop content strategies to achieve them
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and generate ideas for innovative content
Optimise content for search engine visibility and user engagement
Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality and consistency with brand guidelines
Measure and analyse content performance to identify areas for improvement
