Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Oversee the operational aspects of clients' online stores across marketplaces, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics and proactively implement strategies to enhance online store performance and drive sales.
- Work closely with the marketing function to develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to clients needs and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, guiding data-driven decision-making and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and online store operations, preferably within the e-commerce enabler or retail industry.
- Preferably have experience in managing online stores in the electronic category.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online store operations, and digital marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
