Role Description
- Providing strategic legal opinion and advice in all matters that are relevant for the business and ensure that any corporate activities are supported with the highest standards of legal, professional ethics and compliant with the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Responsible for the legal drafting and review of agreement documents.
- Review and monitoring of company legal documents.
- Gaining a good understanding of business processes in order to provide relevant and practical advice to various functions.
- Coordinate and synergize with the internal team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree must be from Law.
- Experience at least 1-2 year for Legal position (preferable in Fintech/Banking industry)
- Good understanding on Business Process
- Must have experience in legal drafting & review.
- Good personality, Communicative, Thorough, responsible, & trustworthy.
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Solid negotiations skills
- Ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively and explain complex legal issues in a simple way.
- Excellent both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to work in Semarang.
