1. HR Analytics
- Collect, clean, and interpret workforce data for actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports and manage large datasets.
- Provide workforce trend analysis and metrics to support HR decisions.
- Support headcount planning, capacity analysis, and organization design.
- Conduct workforce modeling and scenario planning.
- Provide recommendations on redeployment, restructuring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align workforce structure with business goals.
- Drive end-to-end hiring for project requirements.
- Execute targeted talent scouting, mapping, and headhunting.
- Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and string search.
- Deliver qualified shortlists quickly and provide market/talent insights.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- Immediate availability for 3–6 month project.
- Proven experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, and Recruitment.
- Strong data and visualization skills (Excel, BI tools, SQL/queries; Python/R is a plus).
- Solid track record in talent acquisition, sourcing, and mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
