Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Development Staff with experience in financial services to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and managing lending products and promotional programs, analyzing product performance, and driving innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate has both business acumen and technical skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop product and promotional program strategies that are visionary, innovative, and aligned with the company's business targets and roadmap.
- Manage the full lifecycle of lending products, from ideation, design, profitability analysis, to evaluation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Analyze and enhance product policies, workflows, and promotional programs in line with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and issue internal communications, such as circular letters and internal memos, related to product updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Marketing, Operations, IT, etc.) to ensure successful product implementation.
- Identify opportunities for transformation and digitalization of lending business processes.
- Design and implement new systems and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage innovation projects from ideation, pilot testing, to scale-up phase.
- Formulate strategies for adopting new technologies (automation, data analytics, digital platforms) to support product development.
- Work closely with vendors/third parties and internal teams in developing new technology and product innovations.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, and develop data-driven initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, product development, or business analysis (preferably in financial services).
- Proven experience in financial services product development.
- Strong analytical and data processing skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of Agile methodology with Scrum framework.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles.
- Ability to design and document system flows.
- Knowledge of digital banking, lending products, or financial technology is an advantage.
