Damar Langit Resort is seeking a visionary Marketing & Branding Manager to shape the story and soul of our resort. You will lead the strategy to build brand equity, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue through creative marketing campaigns — both online and offline. This is a leadership role for someone who combines analytical strength with creativity, and who can connect the beauty of our resort with the hearts of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing and branding strategies to strengthen brand positioning and revenue growth.
  • Design promotional campaigns that increase room occupancy, F&B sales, spa visits, and event participation.
  • Oversee all marketing channels — digital, social, PR, and offline — ensuring brand consistency and high-impact storytelling.
  • Collaborate with travel agents, influencers, and corporate partners to expand market reach (B2B and B2C).
  • Supervise creative production for photos, videos, and digital content that reflect our resort's identity.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, promotions, and positioning.
  • Lead media relations, CSR initiatives, and community engagement to enhance public perception.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, guest feedback, and brand reputation metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing or branding, ideally within the hotel or resort industry.
  • Strong background in campaign management, digital and offline marketing, and media planning.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, public relations, and event activation.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can make data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Marketing or Brand Management certifications are highly valued.
