Job Desc:

  • Assist end-to-end recruitment process for Tech position
  • Developing and implementing the employer branding strategy for the company
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • HR recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Able to handling Industrial Relations problem
  • Collaborate with management on HR strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departement

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in any major (preferable Psychology/Management/Law,etc)
  • At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in HR field
  • Good verbal and written skills in English
  • Having experience in Tech recruitment and other position with spesific Language skill.
  • Have a good initiative & creative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, self-starter, and problem-solving skills.
